Membership
Why membership?
At Hope Church, we believe that following Jesus is not a solo journey—it’s a shared life with His people. The Bible describes the church as the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:27), where every member is uniquely gifted and deeply needed.
Church membership is our way of saying, “I’m all in.” It’s a commitment to Jesus (Romans 10:9) and to one another (Hebrews 10:24–25), as we walk in unity, accountability, and purpose (Ephesians 5:18–21).
Our pastors and leaders, under the leadership of Jesus—the Chief Shepherd—equip and shepherd the church (Ephesians 4:11–13), helping us grow in faith, live with integrity (James 5:19–20), and stay grounded in truth (Acts 17:11; Hebrews 13:17).
As a faith family, we worship together, serve together, live generously, and boldly live on mission for Christ (Acts 2:42–47). Membership isn’t about perks or status—it’s about belonging, growing, and going together.
